    hu guys,

i would like your advice and suggestions for a meal i am putting together daily for a group of pro rugby athletes.
Mostly it will be post weights at around 10-11 a.m.

    I am thinking right now:
    wholmeal toast,
    tomato,
    brocolli,
    peanut butter spread,
    eggs,
    5 types of fruit,
    baked beans
    avocado

obviously we have a budget but any suggestions much appreciated

    thanks

Devs is this for a team in the PRemiership or im thinking more likely the Championship (if English team?).

I played in National 2 this year which is now to be called National 1. I recently played against CABs, Redruth and Mounts Bay so had a few trips to Cornwall this year!

I would say you have many of the right foods there, obviously many of them don't go together, but essentially the right type of thing to be eating!!

One thing I remember hearing from a few Wasps academy and a coach is that the trend for a while, if eating round 11-12 after a weights session, was maybe even more detached from typical breakfast foods i.e. chicken and veg ((possibly potatoes/pasta (depends on your goals)), maybe even as a stir-fry

Just an alternative way of looking at things rather than being constrained by it having to be like a typical breakfast/brunch.

Good luck either way, but im guessing you will get some real specific advise from a lot of the more knowledgeable posters than me
