i work nights so bit of funny timings
most ev is organic and meat is free range/organic

2pm wake - 1 slice of home made wholemeal bread, 2 poached eggs, 300ml whole milk, 60g oats

    4.30pm workout

    5.15pm 200ml water with 30g whey + banana

    6.30pm 2 x homemade beef burgers (200g mince) new potatoes, brocolli,beans

9pm 150g pork loin steak, stir fryed veg (spring onions/mushrooms/peppers etc.) beansprouts

    10pm start work

12pm - 100g turkey breast fajita wrap with lettuce/pepper/onion etc.

3.30am 50g cashew nuts, 150g natural yogurt with berrys

    6.20am 300ml whole milk + 30g milk protein

most of this stays very similar day to day, apart from main meal which is usually a meat/carb mix with veg, and the 9pm meal where i sometimes have rump steak + cheese

any one see anything that needs changing in any way ? pointers much appreciated

a lean bulk, i may be a little low on calories so a bit more fat probably wouldnt go amiss.
im about 165lbs at the moment and 5ft11, doing stronglifts 5x5. im not aiming to be huge or anything but i think i could do with an extra 15lbs or so.
legs are my worst feature so the 5x5 is good for me as has squatting each workout
