going away on a canal boat for a week next week and just looking for ideas of things i can take pre-prepped to snack on that will last the week out ok
im going to take some beef jerky and nuts etc. but just looking for other high protein snacks etc. i can take between meals, there are cooking facilities and fridge etc. but all quite basic and obviously being on a boat not the most spacious.
a week won't make you lose all your gains mate, just eat chillout and relax![]()
yeh im not planning on keeping a perfect diet, but i like to keep things on track
If there are cooking facilities and a fridge..... can't you just eat your regular diet?

yeh as said its a holiday i dont really want to spend all my time in the kitchen cooking, and the fridge is pretty small so cant really stack it up with all my stuff and leave the other 3 people with no room in there
