    Unless you're eating shark everyday, probably nothing to worry about.

    Higher mercury levels are found in fish high up in the food chain

    tuna, shark etc etc

    Mackeral is a good choice

    Why would you want it everyday?

    Stick to sardines etc. If you are worried then take a selenium supplement.
