depends on the flavour of whey used - but the combination of chocolate, coffee and banana is pretty hard to beat.

Sometimes i'll just have the coffee on the side, just depends on what flavour I fancy.

I did think about Hydrolysed casein (before peptopro was released on here) but I was unsure whether it would make much of a difference considering I would be mixing it with other protein fractions (from the milk and eggs) and fat which I would have thought would have slowed digestion negating any benefit, am I wrong?

(oh and sorry OP for the slight hijack)

Mixing PeptoPro with other nutrients or other sources of protein should not slow absorption.

Indeed many of the products on the market use a combination of various protein sources plus PeptoPro to give you the desired spike in amino acids and insulin, plus a bulk of medium to slow digestion protein sources coming on stream a little later.

As such, you might consider adding a little PeptoPro on top of your existing shake, or simply replace a little of the whey with the same amount of PeptoPro.

After all, you're taking this first thing in the morning and hitting the gym straight afterwards so you want something that's going to be absorbed as efficient as possible.
