    hello people.

Im currently starting a 3 times a week training programme had some questions on the diet & nutriton factor.
the diet that im on at the moment consists of alot of:

    Wholemeal Bread/Rolls
    Tuna
    Skinless Chicken Breast
    Turkey
    Wholemeal Pasta/Rice

    Supplements:
    Calcium Caseinate
    -Flavour: Unflavoured [1kg]
    Creapure
    -Size: 500g
    L Glutamine
    -Size: 500g
    Impact Whey Protein
    -Flavour: Strawberry [5kg]
    Omega 3
    -Size: 90 Softgels

    My Question is simple.
Is my diet and supplments sufficient enough to help reach my goal which is to burn my existing body fat and replace it with strong lean muscle. And, also out of the supplements ive got, which and when should i take them, and which ones can be taken together in the same shake?

    thanks alot.

    Josh

It might be but if you train hard and nothing changes then the diet will need tweeking. You are best running it and seeing how it goes. You might want to drop a serving of bread/pasta and replace it with veggies or salad. Add more veggies anyway on top of your current diet.

Take casein before bed, whey and creatine after your workouts and fish oils with each meal.

Eat some eggs on Wholegrain toast for breakfast and maybe some Porridge if you're still hungry.

Don't eat carbs with your evening meal, have some extra vegetables instead

General: Add some mixed nuts, loads of veg or salad and a couple of pieces of fruit.

    Supps.
Whey: Post workout with some Carbs (I would go for WMS) and creapure
Glutamine: Before and after workout plus before bed.
    Cassien: before bed.
    Omega 3: with every meal
