    I've never been convinced on glutamine neale, however from reading your post it may be that I have not been dosing enough. I've recently had some from MP and have been taking 5g on non training days and 10g training days. I shall increase the dosage as you suggest and see how things go. At my age I need all the help I can get .

    I cant reiterate just how crucial this product is... remember ist not an overnight fix and wont change things asap the body regenerates its cells approx every 6 months and thus try it for that long.

    Try 15-20g per day regardless if training, just ensure its taken pre and post training and first thing and last thing and you wont go wrong
