I was averaging 1100 cals for 185g of protein, but that includes fish oils, and all veg. I was also using the full 35g of workout carbs, 3x a week.

I think when I do it again I will try and get it down a bit lower - will only workout twice a week for a start, and would try and get more cold meat prepared, so if I didn't feel like cooking I didn't keep reaching for the cottage cheese or whey.
Want to save 5% on your order? Want to repay me for the awesome advice I gave you? Or do you just like the cut of my jib?

The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook by Lyle McDonald | BodyRecomposition - The Home of Lyle McDonald

Ideally a day would be something along the lines of...

Egg White Omelette (with onions and spinach)
    Whey shake in water
    Fish Oil Supplement
    ----
    Tuna salad
    Whey shake in water
    ----
    Chicken Breast
    Broccoli

I feel 3 meals works best as it allows each meal to be that much bigger, it's horrible only being able to eat a small amount in a meal.

Basically you want as low calories as possible, whilst hitting the required protein intake for the day. As close to ZERO carbs and fats.

TIP: I found that Tescos now sells Egg White cartons, a lot smaller than MP ones, but great for a quick fix if you are waiting for your order to come in.
