    Hi,

I've got Lyle's Stubborn Fat Solution on order. It's not available as an e-book so waiting for the hard-copy.

I can see from his forums that some of the approaches include fasted LISS supplementing with ********* (.2mg per kg body weight).

    Has anyone supplemented with *******?

From the limited reading I've done it seems to work on the Alpha receptors in the fat cells.

    Thanks
    Nick

The approach is a little more complex than that but not by much, short period of HIIT to mobilise fat, LISS to burn it

I've used ******** but the HCL extract. You DO NOT want the herbal extract which is the one associated with not too desirebale sides. As a supp I didn't see massive changes with it, but it provided a nice little buzz and seemed to help shift some lower ab fat. As ever diet is key.

I think the supplement you mentioned is banned hence I have starred it out, I may be wrong though. I shall look into it.

Search "Alpha Mediated Cardio" and you should get some interesting info about the type of cardio ATZ is mentioning.

Excellent, thanks ATZ and James. Will investigate further Alpha Mediated Cardio and look forward to receiving the SFS book.

I'm probably around 9-10% BF at the moment, Abs pretty clearly defined and remaining fat mainly on the lower back.

I've noticed this area is relatively more cold than other body parts hence I assume as Lyle alludes to the blood flow is limited there - hence my interest in SFS.

I thought I'd try the supplement, I have the HCL not Herbal. I'm not convinced it is that essential - I presume if I continued the basic approach of calories deficit, etc. then the fat would eventually come off.
