Works fantastically with any tinned fish, my fave is sardines.

Empty can of fish into large bowl, chop a clove of garlic finely, one green chilli, and one shallot... chuck into the bowl with the fish, add a small squeeze (size of a one penny piece) of mayo on top... mix together well.

    Beautiful.

Minimal fat, minimal carbs, about 25g of protein for around a quid and 2 mins prep time.

Can be chucked on top of a slice of wholegrain toast aswell if not cutting.

Minimal fat? Sardines has about 10g per can. Not a lot, but I wouldn't call it minimal.

About the best fat you can get, loaded with OMEGA 3's and other good fishy fats that the body needs.

Maybe less than 25% of that fat content is saturated, the rest polys and omegas.
