I am getting quite happy with my method of training and feel i am working out at a peak at the minute. The only problem i seem to be having is my diet and counting calories and such like,
I would say i am a fairly built and a little ripped but feel if i sort my diet out i will get much better results than i have already!!
can anyone point me in the right direction for a good food diary template and any advice anyone could give would be well appreciated,
I feel i have a fairly good diet but tweaking and monitoring is what i need...
