    Started again today with 5x5. Goal is gain two more stones.

    Diet is good, getting about 2800-3000 Kcal.

    Supplements I take:

    Pre workout: (Caffeine and Arginine 1 hour before workout, Whey Protein (30g) 15-30 mins before workout).

    Post workout: (Creatine (2.5g), L Glutamine (5g) and Dextrose (65g) immediately after workout, Whey Protein (60g) 30mins later).

    I am just concerned about dextrose, 65g may be too much but it is recommended on MyProtein. I drank all of 65g and finds it easy to drink the swweeeeet powder. But do you think I SHOULD reduce 65g to whatever?

    well you could just swap it for 100g rice or something!

    I would have to agree with Gareth83. However if you and feel the need to use dextrose, you could always simply adjust the amount. Recommendations are for guidance, do whatever suits you.
