I would say that is fine mate, unless you're trying to have a very low carb diet. Berries and kiwi fruit are quite low in carbs anyway. Can try get more veg in though, no harm in doing so!
I thought it was fine to eat loads of fruit but I've been reading about fructose... and doesn't fruit have lots of this in?
In a day I probably eat 1 bowl of frozen berries, 1 banana, 1 kiwi fruit, and then either an orange or apple.
Is there anything bad about this? Too much sugar?
I also think I need to eat more vegetables, at the moment I really only eat veg with my dinner and thats it, and its always frozen because if I buy fresh I can never eat it all in time before it goes off

ye it probably is, i think my main problem really is that I think i struggle to eat a lot without introducing a portion of carbs with each meal, eg 2 slices of toast with breakfast, which causes me to think about things like this
You'd have to eat boat loads of fruit to OD on fructose. Basically fruit is good to go.

..agreed, as long as you dont consume a lot of dried fruit or fruit juice. There are quite a few people out there that would use this as an excuse to consume loads of dried fruit and fruit juice, which TBH are just forms of processed food and arent really 'fruit' as nature intended.
