    What do you think about the initial creatine period? Should i do that bulk thing for the first week or is that not necessary ?

    It will saturate over time in the body, i don't see any advantages of the 'loading period' - 5g daily is fine

    James, have you read Martin Berkhan's recent review on Omega 3's for muscle growth? He's recommending 2g EPA/1.5g DHA, which some recent studies found had a marked improvement on muscle anabolism. Interesting stuff.

    You'd need 5 teaspoons to get 2.5g DHA according the bottle.
    Meh!
