What do you think about the initial creatine period? Should i do that bulk thing for the first week or is that not necessary ?

James, have you read Martin Berkhan's recent review on Omega 3's for muscle growth? He's recommending 2g EPA/1.5g DHA, which some recent studies found had a marked improvement on muscle anabolism. Interesting stuff.
