I'm hankering after a little something nice for dinner, and was thinking about hoofing for a steak...but what to have with it? Is a jacket bad? Or just some eggs? Aggghhhh...and what about fruit salad with some natural yoghurt for pud? Just having a cosy night in with OH and want to eat something nice, that will shut him up but won't derail my diet!

Jacket potato = LOTS of butter for me... I would opt for some Mash potato with a small amount of skimmed milk and low fat cheese. Mash rules.

Even better, lightly boiled sweet potato mashed up with carrot with some onions chopped and sprinkled in it. Pure taste heaven.

Dominos Pizza, nothing more... Nothing less, perhaps a Papa Johns if your one locally is good.

    Am I helping?

Don't forget to get the vegetarian option for the full antioxidant power of over-cooked pesticide-ridden vegetables

Gone for sweet potato chips and some spring onions and beans, and fruit salad with fromage frais for pud...a little safe indulgence.

Dam you guys, I've been on zero carbs today and yesterday, dinner was beef, eggs and cookies and cream protein dessert. However, tomorrow is going to be an EPIC re-feed, with a friends birthday meal out at Indian tomorrow night, too

At least you won't have to worry about a sodium definiciency

I was going to edit that - but that typo has got to be one of my favourites....

    I'll try again: Deficiency.
