I'm the same Rezbi, I hate the texture, taste etc with normal oats in a shake. The ultra fine oats go down so much easier, almost unnoticable

Never tried putting them in a shake without blending ?? Why bother ? Having said that my blender has finally given up the ghost and committed suicide yesterday by setting itself on fire... I feel i got my moneys worth from it !!

Always add oats to my shakes for my drive to work breakfast, love the texture and chewing as I drive. Its just a slaver on blending them!
