i have recently gone from normal days (8-4) to working rotating days (6am - 2pm) , (2pm - 10pm)
im trying to adapt my diet to fit in with my new working pattern , im nearly there just one meal i am stuck with

on late shift i have a break at 8p.m
im stuck what to eat , at the minute i just eat a can of macral or a penut butter wholemeal bagel
any advice please

also could other people working the same type of shift post there diets up please
