I bought some BCAA powder last time around when I stocked up my supplements as was toying with the idea of IF. However Ive sacked that off and gone down a eating route meaning I have real need for the stuff.
Since Ive bought it, I figure I may aswell use it, is it worth taking as a pre workout supplement or during training supplement?

As above, or could be used for a little fasted cardio in the week.
