    Hi Guys,

basically im on the weights at least 3-4 x week with football 2x week and working out after work at 6pm, i load up with food/protein/carbs etc for repair after my workout, the morning after i am starving! i have breakfast as normal at 8.00 and a whey protein shake at 10am when i get into work between the hours of 10-12:30 before lunch i am ravenous!

is there anything you can suggest i can eat at my desk, with little or no prep needed bearing in mind im watching my carbs and fats and dont have the dollar to spend on chicken breasts...

i used to eat a diet whey bar in the morning with a shake which is great and i would do that, except its setting me back £1.50 everytime and i would prefer to have something natural...

Do you eat straight away after your workout? Anything just before bed?

As for being hungry at lunch it sounds like you just need to have something else with your shake at 10am, maybe a handful of mixed nuts?

yeah i load up , can of tuna, boiled egg, steak and noodles, then a milk protein casein shake before bed, i never used to take a shake before bed but i was so hungry in the morning i though that was the logical next step...mixed nuts could work though, i like the sound of that

Eating before bed makes me hungry in the morning, maybe switch to a nocturne protein shake like the MP bedtime extreme.
