    Shall i up my protein shakes or eat more chicken, tuna etc as my daily protein is only 142g.

    Did I read correctly you have 1200 cals or so a day. Just to put that into prespective I'm 147lbs and I eat 2200+on workout days and around 1400 on non-workout.

    As for the protein try to get more food in, and then when you are maxed out on the food, hit the shake.

    Try and get as much of your protein from food sources. Protein shakes are there as a supplement only and a convenient way of getting extra protein in your diet.

    I think your diet is complete and provide you all the nutrition that you need.
    So I suggest you take your diet regularly and never skip your diet plan.

    Thanks for all replies, Like I said my aim is too strip down for 12 weeks, then a huge lean bulk phase. I've added veg and eggs into my diet now, veg for carbs and eggs for fats.
