Possibly a little fast, depending on how long you've been training, however, maybe not such a bad thing as you are quite light!
Just a simple question, nothing in depth at all just looking for peoples one word opinion on the following
Male
22 years old
5ft 4
currently 58kg (127lb)
10-12% bodyfat
active sport science student
lifting on a 3-day split routine trying to increase weights with good form where possible
minimal cardio only what is required on my uni course
Calorie intake:
2400 calories
300g carb
140g pro
70g fat
25g sat fat
based on just the facts above would you say this will lead to....
good steady weight gain?
too much?
not enough?
Thanks

Im taking a different approach now, used to be scared if i was eating 100 calories over or under what i should, which is pathetic! my approach now is more life's about experiments, if i put on a bit of fat then im knowledgeable to know what to do about it.
