Right.I dont know if im the only one.But latly my stomachs been a bit up the wall.Im trying to keep my diet to the basic protien/carb intake and have the odd random biscuit etc.But i always feel sick.My diet on training days is basicaly always this

wake up around 8.30 -shake,all my vits etc

    9.30 toast and scrambald eggs (6 eggs,2 yolks,4 whites)

    11.30-12 rice/pasta and chicken,with some fruit

3 Another snack where i try to have say a chicken sandwich

6-7 pre gym shake with oats

    Gym

    8.30 -9 dinner

    11-12 bed time shake.

Now i THINK thats not too bad in terms of the types of food. But as i say to my freinds,i always feel like i need to **** my ass out!.Stomachs constantly on edge. Its always been like this but only in the last couple months have i noticed it,espeically say when i down a shake, the milk just seems to sit on my stomach for ages and make me feelsick.

Anyone else get similar? Is there anything i can take to calm my digestion down

Not really much help, but more of a similar story. I'm high fat low carb. I was eating sugar free jelly with thick cream and that really sat on my stomach and made me feel like I wanted to barf. I cut that out and I've been fine ever since.

When I was feeling like this I did not feel full to bursting or bloated, but like I hade a huge weight in my stomach. Felt sick like I wasn't in danger of honking, but just felt like I could be. Was very weird.

All I can suggest is what I did. At the time of this, my diet was new and had changed a lot, so the only way to figure it out was cut something out one at a time and see what the reaction was.

Just re read your post... I didn't hit the bottom bit... The shake with milk... Whenever I have milk with something of no substance, like in a shake, then I get a similar feeling. Could explain my cream and jelly thing too as the jelly isn't really of nutritional substance.

I take my shakes in water or I don't feel right.
