    Okay, Guys,

It might be the weather, S.A.D., losing a bit of motivation......whatever. I've had a few binges since trying a New Year Cut.

So its been more like a yo-yo cut/bulk. What I thought was: a simple convenient diet that I stand a chance of sticking to. I know its not ideal, but how's this look? Currently working 06:00 - 14:00; moderately physical job.

    05:00 Wake - 30g WPC80 in diluted Orange Squash

    05:20 - 40g All Bran/40g Oats/20g Sultanas/10g Cocoa powder/10ml Honey (nuked as a porridge); Pint Green Tea

07:30 - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs; Pint water

09:30 - Tin Tuna (brine - drained)/7 olives/10ml olive oil/3 walnuts; large salad; litre tea

12:00 - Tin Sardines; Apple; litre tea

    14:00 - 15:00 - Steady cardio (running/biking/climbing). 5 days a week

    16:00 - Tin Sardines; Banana

    17:00 - 18:00 - Resistance Training 4 days a week

18:10 - 30g WPC80/5g Creatine Mono in diluted Orange Squash

    19:30 - Tukey/Beef/Tuna steak; Broccoli/Spinach; Garlic/Onion; Pint green tea

    22:00 - Tin Sardines

    Stats: 80kg; 15% B/F; 6' 3"
    Targets: 75kg; Sub 10% B/F

PS. I'm addicted to Aldi Sardines (in oil - drained) @ 25p/tin. I feel energised and full, unlike carbs which make me lethargic and hungry soon after.

    All comments welcome,
    HD.

I'd get more carbs in pre and post workout

as long as its less than what you're currently eating you should be fine

Thanks Gareth. I could do that no probs. I reckon I'd still be sub 3000Kcal. At the moment, I'm 4-5000 on a 'bad' day.

9 meals dear god, lol. Do u ever stop eating? How much freaking tea do u drink also, haha. Is it all green tea?

At 6'3 80kg I would not suggest a cut though, at 75kg you will be, for lack of a nicer word, pretty lanky, get some beef on you! I can't see how you could be over 15% bodyfat at this weight either, how do u measure?

4l of green tea a day?!

I'd also suggest not cutting...I'm 5'10 and 80kg and sometimes I wonder whether I'm doing the right thing!

Meat, I used the Dave Draper calculation. Is it worth buying some calipers? A handheld puts me at 22.1 B/F and surprisingly 22.1 BMI. Yeah, dead accurate....

    NOT!

    Term/Ollie:

Dudes! Too much Green tea???????????????? You're not 'jacking' me, right?

Spill the beans. How much is too much? By the way, I'm only using 1 teabag per 500ml infusion.

    Cheers,
    HD.

Ah, thats not that much then, I used to use 4 teabags per litre. U should be fine. With a BMI of 22 you should definately be bulking, I know its a crappy calculation to use but if u have muscle on u it should push ur BMI even higher, making 22 especially low. I have no idea what the dave draper method is.
