Hi I have underactive thtriod & have done sense I was 29..I m some what older now..lol!!!
I train 3-4 times a week, eat fairly healthierly & take protein supplements.
I have some stubborn fat around my belly due to a having a child 7yrs ago & even thou I've dropped from a 14 down to a size 10 I still see this stubborn fat!!!!
So I was looking a things like fat burners, even the thyriod ones but Im not sure if your on thyriod medication you can take this or other fat burners. Anybody know??

Ask your GP. That isnt something you want an internet answer for!

Realistically you can lose it without adding drugs into the equation. You just need to work harder Im afraid.

the simple answer seems to be to eat above maintenance and to double even triple his carbs to to elevate thyroid

The tests I need appear to be:

    TSH
    T4
    T3
    free and bound
    thyroid antibodies
I know this is an old thread but, did eating above maintenance help increase your metabolism?
