Hi,
I just finished making a Excel spreadsheet to plan my Cutting Phase. Check it out, it might be handy...
Tell me if you find it any good/useful...
Its supposed to work out the following:
- Your Lean Body Mass
- The Calories you burn in a day (Basal + Lifestyle)
- The Weekly Calorie Deficit of your planned diet
- and an estimation of how much bodyweight and bodyfat you will loose from following that diet for a *chosen* number of weeks...
I couldn't get it to upload on MyProtein though so I had to put it on some UPLOAD2 thing that makes you wait about 50secs before downloading it...
