    I im quite new to body building and would like some advice I am considering supplementing with l lucine before and after work outs instead of bcaa because it is cheaper is it worth it.

    My personal opinion, yes, Leucine is the most anabolic of the amino acids and IMO is very useful. Different guys will tell you different things, but if I were you I would just stick withthe Leucine if BCAA's are proving too much of a strain on the wallet.
