I'd appreciate any thoughts on what time of day I should be taking some of these supplements!
My work out is first thing in the morning....Well 1.5hrs after rising and a quick breakfast
I'm never sure when to take the multi vit/tribulus/BCAA/creatine mono/green tea/glutamine
Whey powder(morning and post workout)
Omega capulses(with breakfast)
maltodextrin(post workout shake)
waxy maize starch(post workout shake)
BCAA(post workout shake)
Creatine-mono(post workout shake)
green tea(post workout shake)
taurine(pre workout)
CEE(pre workout)
vit c-500(pre/post work out shake)
L Glutamine(pre workout)
ADAM multi vitamin ?
Tribulus ?
night time formula(Pretty obvious this one!)
is it all to much!?
Goals are to get stronger...!
