I am currently on a cut but the next a couple of weeks Im on a few nights out, some work, some with gfriend, family etc. I normally have a cheat meal each week while Im cutting but obviously if Im going to be eating out 2 or 3 times in a week I cant just eat whatever I want.
How do you guys eat out and still follow a bodybuilding, whether you re cutting or bulking.

I've errr.... never eaten out in my life......

I would imagine the odd meal is not going to harm your routine, if you try and get something reasonably good it shouldn't make a damn bit of difference to be honest.

    Harvesters are really good.

I have a steak, jacket potato and salad, plus a bread roll

I thought you must be joking.

Anyone know of any good healthy options for italian and spanish restaurants?

I was gonna go for a pasta/chicken dish for the italian but no idea about the spanish.

Italian - swordfish and green beans? There are usually a lot of good options.

Spanish - usually quite rich foods to be honest, again seafood is probably your best bet

Just see what's on the menu!

could go for something like paella,

they do a couple of variations, one with fish and one with chicken and meat.

really it is mainly rice, meat/fish, few tomatoes, seasoning and spices.

cant go too bad with that, spanish should be relatively easy to stick to.

just dont go getting drunk or eating loads of doughy bread with dips, or hitting big cheesy pastas at the italian.

usually in these type of places it's the sauces you need to look out for!

    hope this helps
