Yup, good stuff. All raw?
what do you kids think of these? I picked them up in Tesco earlier looking for an easy fat source:
Ingredients:
sunflower seeds 59%, pumpkin seeds 18%, sesame seeds 11%, linseed 6%, hemp seeds 6%
50g provides:
285 calories
10.5g protein
Fat
- saturates 2.8g
- mono-unsaturates 5.7g
- polyunsaturates 13.8g
100g pack costs 49p.
Any good?

The seeds are pretty high in omega-6 mind (tasty though, and moreish).
Meh!
These are excellent as an occasional snack, but go easy as they are very high in omega-6 [pro-inflammatory] and low in omega-3 [anti-inflammatory]. But a good, natural source of calories, protein and various vitamins & minerals.
Sorry for cross-posting the same info, Fiji!
