IIRC this is a crash diet. Dont do it, it will be detrimental in the long run.
i saw someone mention this on the site... can't remember where, so i read up on it on t-nation... jus wondering if anyone's tried this?.... would it give u the runs? or is that what the fibre tablets essentially for?

It does exactly what it says on the tin - it gets a significant amount of fat and weight off you in a short period of time. Is it healthy? No if course not. Does it teach you how to get in to shape naturally with a good diet and exercise? Of course not. If you read on t-nation the people that have done this diet, they were already athletes or bodybuilders that already had a good general fitness and diet approach, and just wanted to shift a few pounds quickly. It really isnt intended for those people that know nothing about exercise and diet in the first place.
