Seeing as you like Final Fantasy I thought I'd not only discuss it with you, but I'd be the first to post in the FAO properly. Killing two birds with one stone there. By the way, I didn't know you were also a fan MXD so same questions apply, along with any other fans on here.

What's your favourite FF game?
Are there any you disliked?
What did you think of 12?

I recently finished X-2, which I loved (the second time around, the first time I played it I got very bored and quit), Rikku is my favourite character on that and one of, if not my favourite from the series.

I started playing 9 again last week as well, do you ever replay the games or do you just finish them once?

In answer to my own questions, my favourite is 7, although I'm not liking that they keep bringing out games and stuff to do with it, the more I see it exploited the more it bores me to see.

I didn't really dislike any. I like the style of game.

I liked 12 quite a lot at first, but I got bored of it towards the end, the license thing was annoying and so were the gambits, although it was a very good idea.

i loved x-2 and agree that rikku is a great character with a great skill etc , never played 12 but really should i spose having played every game ( yes even the reli old originals)

my favorite ff game has to be final fantasy 9 just everything about it was brilliant probably the game that made me fall in love with the series
ff 8 i found really boring and the idea of ff tactics annoyed me lol but i played it and was pleasently supirsed

i used to replay them but seeing as i only have a wii now i can't replay any of them

Sorry to jump in but so am I!

Fav is VII - no surprises - but close second is X, deffo one of the most 'emotional' games of the series in my opinion
I found, yes found, a PS2 in my loft, so took it to uni and never really used it, bought FFXII a couple of weeks ago and I'm currently playing that - it's not bad, but a lot of cut scenes - doesn't feel too much like an FF.

XIII - I hate to say it but if the storylines are nailed then I can see it taking the crown easily

for me i don't think any game could beat the completeness of IX evening the mini game could be played for hours! , when the released XI it game with tetra cards online because its that good,

Oh, and the musical score for XII is awful. The new guy has nothing on Utemesa? Or whatever his name was

Final Fantasy VII for me was AMAZING. I played that game for non stop since I had it, about 40 hours play in 3 days and completed it. Then I maxed out all my characters to level 99+, man the story kicked ass.

I tried another one on the PS2, don't remember which one it was, but hated it because when you found weapons or amour, it never told you the stats of them! What a crap mistake. It's the numbers that keep you addicted to the feel of improving in the game.
