    Protein for breakfast fills you up more for the day and also tops you up for what you have missed during your sleep.. its good to have some protein source with every meal so that you are constantly repairing and building your muscles. You could add a scoop of your isolate to your oats which makes it a lot easier. Can make the oats taste better too. I do that with shredded wheat (add it to the milk) and alternate that on different days with egg on toast.

    Dear god...she's a waif! I'm 5' and only a few kg's lighter than her. I bet she has great legs! Damn her. But seriously, I know what it's like to obsess over eating and seriously, just eating nothing will only serve to make her heavier. At my lightest I got down to just over 50kgs, and that was by training like a demon6 days a week. To be fair it was for some Olympic trials so it was pretty intense, but the weight flew off and that was doing sprints and free weights!

    I lost 9 stone in 2 months, and i was eating more (pound for pound) then i was when i was a fatty. Just had 6 small meals a day and trained well.
