I'm back. So, I have been lurking for the past couple of months again, so thought I'd say hi. I need to get back into shape, after focussing on distance runing for 3 years (failing to keep up resistance training as often as I would have liked!) along with patches of laziness and carb scoffing. :-)
So! Im looking to shift some fat. Im leaving my gym soon due to financial reasons, but have been given home gym equipment for xmas. :-) so I'll be doing stuff from home, but access to the gym, till Feb I think. I dont like counting calories, (Im good at listening to my body, though during times of laziness - I ignored it!) diet revolves around fresh meat and veg, eggs, pulses etc. (very into thai currys at the moment, throwing in what I fancy, yum! Im lactose intollerant, I MAY try Whey Isolate in a few months ??
