PA, yes, you can train yourself to be flexible, I trained myself to do loads of bendy stuff when I was younger![]()
Does anyone here compete, or hoping to compete?
I'm thinking about it but need to find out more. Any tips or useful websites I should look at

Competing has been a long term dream of mine and I actually entered into the Fame UK competition last May. Unfortunately, it brought up a lot of my old ED demons which I thought were dead and buried so I pulled out and focussed more on trying to overcome my food issues.
I'm getting there slowly but surely and though competing is still a dream, I'm not getting into shape with entering a competition as a final goal - more, if it happens, it happens![]()
I think it will be a longer term goal for me as I have to fully recover from an ED, but it certainly a focus for my training right now, which in turn helps me focus on a healthy diet. I was looking into BNBF comps ,next year or the year after, if my head is in a good place![]()
