Hiya,
I'm a girl that trains pretty hard. Currently on my light week this week and training has been going good, but my body really told me to take a rest. I'm into rock climbing, brazilian jiu jitsu and olympic lifting/crossfitting (but I usually mix that up into my own routine). Not sure if you want stats, but I'm 79 kg. and 5 ft. 10 in and my one rep max are: I bench 85 kg., deadlift 110 kg., squat 100 (butt to ankles) and pull ups are about 15 in one go (can also do these on my fingers, as I'm a climber). I used to compete heavily on the BJJ circuit, but retired last year as the final injuries were enough to make me consider other things.
I take exceed while I climb, glutamine and omega 3, 6, 9 each night and a protein shake after training (a climbing orientated one they don't have here). I finally have a good nutrition/diet programme, but it's still hard to lose the weight when I'm currently the strongest I've ever been. Any tips on getting lean would be great.
Hello to all the other women out there!
