    how much vit c do you dose with spiderdan? escpecially when competition prepping time. i'm thinking of starting vit c soo for my gpp and then prep for my onslaught for the worlds in november.

    3-5g a day sound good?

    Probably too much but I do love the 500mg chewable tablets, so anywhere from 1g-2g a day for me.

    Contest prep I ramped it up over the week.

    Started with 3g on monday added a gram a day till 7g on thursday and then 3g before 12pm on the friday. Just bare in mind I didnt lose as much water as I wanted to over the course of the week so Im going to have to figure something better for next time.

    Shelby Starnes did a spill on T-nation on prepping for a same day weigh in comp. I'll probably go with that next time.

    Cool. Not really fussed on water weight as there's no need for me to make weight at my comps. Mainly for recovery purposes
