It'd be a waste of money, space and purpose if you're going to use a wooden dummy for Thai boxing. The purpose of the dummy is for instinctivr trapping, strikes, fluidity, body positioning to name a few of its uses. Just purely beating the hell out of it will damage it and you're body if you ain't schooled properly. Wing chun is ace, but like most traditional arts, take a lot of time and effort to learn. You learn the history, culture behind it, techniques, drills.

I was doing some wing chun on my friend who is experenced in street fighting and lets just say i thought the wing chun stance impractical and felt it ineficant on the 'street' so i think i'll stick to basic blocks and punching, elbow and knee strikes. Cus if you think about it real fighting is fast, close range and messy so boxing with elbow and knee strikes seem more practical imho.
