I'm pretty sure you could be 10lbs heavier and still have good cardio and fitness for MMA.
It is hard to train for muscle gain/hypertrophy and cardio/mma specific fitness at the same time however. Maybe look into periodising your training routine.
Hi guys and girls the question i want to ask is can you bulk above your natural weight and get conditioned without gasing to quick or getting slow, recently ive heard a few people say stay at your natural weight you'll only get worse, im currently 180lbs at 6'3 which im thinking aint my natural weight if that, more like 187 maybe im quite lean and people think im heaveir than i am but i want to put on 10lbs atleast!
