hey guys, just wanting some articles on stretching for mma, i know dynamic is the most important but if you have an article on another type of stretching which you think is worth reading please that up too.

ive read stuff on tom kurz about the dynamic stretching in the morning, when your muscles are at the most relaxed so there more flexible for rest of day so can get the most out of stretching, or something similar. not read in a while. he also recommends pnf stretching which i wish i had never tried, pulled my groin and had problems squatting for couple of week ha, i guess if you do it correctly with a partner or correct equipment you can do it safely with quick gains but i wont be trying it any time soon,

what ive been doing at moment is full body dynamic stretching pre workout/training and static post workout/training which is all well, but i would stil like to read some good articles if anyone has any?

    thanks

trickstutorials.com has some good stretching stuff. pnf is advanced stuff, so unless you have someone experienced guiding you and good awareness of your body, there is a chance of injury.
