which weight class are you in?
Which supplements do you use post or pre workout?
After my loss at last Saturdays Buckley Brawl I have decided to really put the effort into my kick-boxing for the future, becoming a stronger & better fighter is definitely my goal!
There is a secondary goal of fat loss, which is why all weigh exercises will be in supersets
I'll be strength training 3 times a week, alternating upper body and lower body. Tuesdays-upper Thursdays-lower Saturdays-upper and so on.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are days where I'll train kick-boxing. These sessions are your typical class sessions and they last an hour.
My workout routine for the gym will use supersets using the 5x5 routine, there will be 90seconds rest in between each superset
upperbody:
barbell chest press / lat pullups
incline dumbbell flys / seated rows
cable crossovers / shrugs
tricep dips / hammer curls
How does this sound for a workout? Feedback as always is greatly appreciated
Cheers!

I'm currently 58-60kg in weight, I generally train fasted (though this may change).
Pre workout I take 10g BCAA's, postworkout I take creatine, hmb and 1 scoop impact whey deluxe

Stick to stronglifts only and sack off all these supersets otherwise you ruin and hinder progress in the stronglifts program. Also sack off curls etc use the main compound movements if you are serious about your training. When did big arms ever make you punch harder? Strong legs and a strong core are key to pretty much all martial arts IMO as the power in punches and kicks if done with proper technique are generated from your legs.
If I were you I would concentrate on getting stronger, putting on size etc and then cut if you need to for a fight etc (but make sure you leave enough time!!), gaining strength substantially and losing fat is very very difficult.
Also make sure you have some explosive work incorporated into your training, this IMO is crucial.
