I can drink goats milk with absolutely no trouble at all, it doesn't flare up my acne one bit. Cows milk on the other hand, even a spoonful of yoghurt will leave me with atleast 1 the next day!

A strong indication of A1 beta casein intolerance if ever i saw one!

I used to drink skimmed goats milk during training for protein and carbs, and it worked reasonably well for muscle gain and recovery. Ceertainly never had any intolerence issue like i get very quickly with cows dairy from modern breeds (i.e most of it). I really dont like pasteurised and homogenized dairy that much though, so i dropped it after few months in favour of some BCAAs during training (my current training isnt intense enough to require carbs during)
