lol late on this but i feel obligated to reply to non response thread, you have (well i think you have) or since this was a month ago had lol a form of tendonitus, i used to get killer pain in my left forearm all the way up to the elbow in my early training days, it can sometimes be the result of gripping to hard, or repepetitive strain if your resonably new to training (though im not sure of your gym exerience level). my advice would be to talk to a member of staff at your gym or see your gp.
