I'm a long time migraine sufferer, since my early teenage years, suffer the occasional attack which I can usually relate to being tired or a stressful period. Recently I've been training at a gym with a personal trainer who has been pushing me quite hard. The trouble is the last 2 hard sessions have resulted in a migraine about 2 hours later.

I'd eaten well before each session and drunk plenty during, followed by a decent meal straight afterwards.

I've had similar before when I used to swim a lot I would get a migraine afterwards.

Just wondering if there any other migraine sufferers or experts on here that had suffered similarly?

i used to get alot of headaches as a young boy when i used to frown alot, and also exersise can tence up blood vessels in the head constricting blood flow hence causing the pain, though i am not a doctor i would gues that you are probably not breathing enough during exersise. i feel any problems of this nature should be handled by your gp. as somebody could give you misleading advice and hinder your saftey.
