ya you are right. Your body has become used to your weight loss program. You need to take a break of 2 months and start again after that. I think this would be helpful

That's what I was thinking, I have some fat around the middle still but will it tighten up if I begin training on muscle growth and eating for it too? What I'm worried about is making gains, but having nothing to show for it as I still have a little too much belly over it.

dont worry about that, if your eating well and training hard you will have plenty to show for it in not a very long time. have a flick through this SpiderDans Beginners Guide that will get you well on your way, if you havent read that already. it says its for begnners but ive known some of the more advanced guys taking something out of it too.

Yeah Iv'e taken a look at spiderdan's guide, still kind of struggling with a good workout programme and practical nutrition guide though, I'm thinking a 3 day split of legs, push and pull and just eating a lot more wholewheat foods with more protein and a pre/post workout shake with some more carbs and protein in. This may be completely wrong, Iv'e read so many nutrition guides and workout plan's i'm not sure what is right for me!

lol ive been at this game comming on 4 years now and i still dont know what completly works for me, it takes time and experience. if i was you i would start a thread in the diet and nutrition section. as i find the health and well being a bit of a sranded wasteland. explain exactly your goals and a bit about you and im sure you will find an awnser, or at the very least begin your journey.

lol yeah diet and cardio sucks, and it doesnt make any sence to do something you dont enjoy. its a lifetime commitment and you have to enjoy it, or you wont be doing it for very long! look forward to hearing your progress.
