    I've just joined the forum and thought i would share this with you. I have been having at least a cup of this everyday for the past 7-8 months, its usually my breakfast and it keeps me going 'till around lunchtime, easily!
    It does sound weird, butter in coffee, but it tastes really good, i use a really good quality washed coffee bean with either Yeo Valley unsalted butter or tesco organic butter if i run out of Yeo and a teaspoon of MCT oil.

    'tis cheap. hahahah. i'm starting to read up on hormones and stuff after this weekend and alot of the things wotan, nu, james, etc clicked into place. i just need to geek up on the finer details. mike mahlers energy and knowledge is infectious. gonna take me a while to get up tto speed though.

    plus the paleo thing is massive in the crossfit world and the ones that are good at it (theres loads in america) are doing well on the paleo diet, so something must be working right. the technique and lifts are for another discussion. working out 2-3 time a day at that level of intensity. calls for more reading

    Thats my "breakfast" everyday

    well, either a tbsp of whipping cream or kerry gold in the coffee.

    I'll eat 1 tbsp of Coconut oil with it, used to put this in the coffee but I didnt enjoy it as much.
