Just a quick "HI" to you guys (&ladies) on the forum.

Just a little about myself...hope I dont bore you!
I'm Rich, 24yrs old, been weight training on and off for 5yrs now. Back in school/college i was the chubby kid, weighing about 15st at 5'10. Im now at 11st 6lb, but my aim is to lower my bf% over the coming months as my home scales tell me im approx 20% bf

I'm a football fanatic, playing three times a week, twice in a 6-a-side league and once in the sunday league. On the imbetween days I try to get into the gym, I've just started fullbody workouts again, as I'm trying to focus more on my cardio/stamina/endurance...so if any of you can help there please get in contact

I've just started some new supplements; MyProtien:ALCAR, BCAA, CEE stacked with a fat burner (I know i shouldnt need it! )
What sort of outcome can I expect to see using the ALCAR, as this is my first time?

Thanks to meathead1987 for the welcome message

Thanks for reading...hope to chat to you all soon

    Hi mate and welcome.

I agree with Galt, you shouldn't need to worry about fat burners.

Do you drink after footy? Or do you love chips?

Reduce your carb intake and increase protein and you'll be fine.

    Best of luck

    Simon

Green Tea Extract is a popular one. I've been taking it for a week or so now and I can feel its effects. I also use ALCAR and I guess thats OK, I havn't noticed much from it, but I havn't looked at it too much. I also use Raspberry Ketones, very nice. These give you an edge but the real secret is to not eat as much of what makes you fat.

Also, I use CEE, and i'm not 100% sure on what it does with regards to volumising, but I think its a 'volumiser' which means when you take it you will look bloated. When I take my CEE as well as other more specific pump products that volumise the muscles, I tend to swell up like the michelin man which makes me look fatter. But each moring I wake up to find i'm leaner than I was the night before, so CEE might be obscuring the weight loos look. I think CEE adds water molecules to your muscles making them bigger. It also does other stuff.
