hey people ,
been lurking on the forums for a few months thought it was bout time people got to know me
only been seriously training ( gym and diet ) for 5 months, weighed 10 stone when i started nw 11stone 4 thanks to myprotein
im about 5ft11 and im 18 , train 4 days a week plus 1 or 2 days cardio with a 5 day split over the 4 days , always lookin to push my self and any tips , tricks or help would be appreciated
