    Pullups, Rows under a table, fill the backpack up and do squats, tabata,. Hand stand push ups. the lists endless.
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,

    As an example, I always beat the fat on steaks and lamb chops.
