    Hi guys

A long time lurker, new poster, I just placed my first order at myprotein and thought I'd start trying to contribute to the forum as well.

I'm a girl - glad to see there are lots of us around these parts! Goals are the usual I guess. Not too much weight to lose, but 6 or 7 kgs could easily go missing without causing alarm Also I want to increase my strength and improve my running - the latter is probably my main goal. I really enjoy my running, but I realise that strength training is important alongside it. I'd love to be able to move past the 12kg DBs for benching by the end of the year though - I've been stuck with them for aaaaaages

Thanks guys, looking forward to being part of the forum!

Hey there. I'm new on these boards as well. The best way to improve your weights is change up your set/rep range and add in other exercises like press-ups and incline benches (also don't forget to work your back - do 2 rowing exercises for every chest pressing movement to ensure you keep good posture).
    Best of luck.
