    missed arms on thursday, had to do social things with missus, friday busy too, so having a bloody good feed, look at training arms and shoulders at home, it's ten o'clock now, and i'm going for a huge breakfast, see what happens in the next couple of hours. been working really hard this week, so don't feel bad about missing training, as i have been run down a bit past few months, seems like i'm older and need more rest, otherwise i start getting sick. nice to be able to enjoy getting fat and lazy, no guilt, because the road to size and strength is a long one.

    brief but fun tonight, 40 min, had to poop after the 280 though, and i don't know how or why, but belt was tighter after? on same set of belt holes.
